Meet NURIDAL
NURIDAL is a cashew brand run by a Korean owner in Vietnam. They use cashews grown in Vietnam and take care with every step, from choosing the nuts to roasting, checking and packing them.
It’s the first brand we’re introducing through The JeJe’s new series of finds from Vietnam.
What makes them different?
Big, whole W180 cashews W180 is a size grade for large, whole cashews. NURIDAL selects these bigger nuts for their satisfying bite — crisp on the outside, with a thick centre that’s softer to chew.
Just cashews and salt The cashews are oven-roasted with their thin skin on, using only cashews and salt, with no other additives. You get the natural sweetness and nutty flavour of the cashews, with a little saltiness.
Checked again after roasting The cashews are inspected and sorted once more after roasting, before they’re packed.
Vacuum-packed inside every box Each pack is sealed in a thick 170μm vacuum pouch to reduce contact with air and help preserve the roasted flavour and aroma. The thicker pouch also helps reduce the risk of packaging damage during handling.
A box made for gifting The double-layer kraft box features illustrations of cashew trees and fruit. It’s a lovely way to share a taste of Vietnam with family, friends or colleagues.
