Exchange

You may do a one-time 1-to-1 exchange for your product (please see exceptions below) within 14 days of purchase in original, unworn condition with packaging and tags intact.

  • Email us at thejeje.sg@gmail.com with your name and order number, and which items you would like to exchange for.
  • Mail your item to 11Ardmore Park, #18-02, Singapore 259957. We will not be liable for lost mail should it be sent via regular mail. Shipping will be borne by the customer.
  • The JeJe reserves the rights to reject any exchange request if it does not comply with our exchange policy.

Excluding Permanent Jewelry, Personalised Jewelry, Earrings, Piercing Jewelry, Home Goods, Sale Items and Bespoke Jewelry are not eligible for exchange.



Returns

We accept returns (please see exceptions below) within 7 days of purchase or upon receiving of your order for a full refund via the original mode of payment only.

We accept returns (please see exceptions below) within 14 days of purchase or upon receiving your orders for refund(s) via store credit(s).
Store credit(s) will be valid for 6 months from the date of issue.

Returns must be made at the original store of purchase within the above stipulated time frame. 

  • To be eligible for a return store credit, email us at thejeje.sg@gmail.com enquire about eligibility.
  • Send your items back to our HQ within 14 days for local orders and 21 days for overseas orders. 
  • Items must be in original, unworn condition with packaging and tags still intact.
  • Credit/Debit card receipt must be presented if the original mode of payment is via made via credit/debit card.
  • All items must be shipped back to us in the original box to avoid damaging the jewelry. Any returns with damage will not be refunded.
  • Sale items cannot be returned.
  • The JeJe the rights to reject any returns request if it does not comply with our returns policy.

Excluding Permanent Jewelry, Personalised Jewelry, Earrings, Piercing Jewelry, Home Goods, Sale Items and Bespoke Jewelry are not eligible for returns.

 

What if my product is damaged?


Don’t worry, we’ve got you! If you’ve received a damaged or incorrect item, send us an email at thejeje.sg@gmail.com with a clear photo of the defect or the wrong item you received, along with your name and order number.

Warranty:

  • 90 Days

This warranty does not cover lost items, or scratches that come with normal wear and tear (e.g bent ring from careless use or broken chain).
Repair charges outside of the warranty period or the above will be borne by the customer.
 

How long does it take to process my return?

Once we have received the package, it takes up to 5 business days to process your return and issue a refund. An email update will be sent once we process your return and refund back to your original method of payment. It can take up to 3-7 business days for refunds to appear on your bank statement.

  

Important Details


We’re unable to refund original shipping fees on any orders. For orders outside of Singapore there may be duties and taxes incurred on your shipment that you will be responsible for.
